Sweet results are made of simple ingredients.
This concept is seen in baking, gardening, art and especially relationship.
The big events are a culmination of the small choices, the moments of planning, practice, praying, anticipating. My journey in discovering my artistic style is about this culmination of small steps. The daily pen to paper (or brush to canvas) has often surprised me. The days I feel I'm too tired or too uninspired, these are the days I create things that bring me joy and 'aha' moments.
So, don't forget the daily. Don't forget the mundane. Keep walking, as slow as needed, to the ultimate finish line. But don't underestimate the little efforts that make the greatest lessons illuminate.
